Ah the infamous trench! How far you have come! Burberry has not only reinvented this staple but it is by far what the brand is known to do well. In the Spring 2011 collection, electric colors with muted greys and neutrals were stand outs on sleek silhouettes. Each look with a trench was accented with contrasting accessories. The collection showed Burberry’s tougher side with biker inspired leather jackets, pants, and skirts. With a cropped studded motorcycle jacket, even the flouncy tiered dresses appeared edgier.
